Latrina Pogue — Director of Operations
Latrina Pogue oversees daily operational strategy, performance, and execution across the entire Warrior network. With deep experience in logistics, dispatch management, and team leadership, she ensures that every load, driver, and customer request is handled with precision and professionalism. Latrina is known for her strong problem-solving ability, people-first leadership style, and passion for building efficient, scalable processes.
Christian Scruggs — Dispatch Manager
Chrissy leads the dispatch department with a strategic, detail-oriented approach that keeps freight moving smoothly and drivers supported around the clock. She specializes in coordinating high-volume operations, optimizing load flow, and maintaining exceptional communication between customers, drivers, and operations. Her leadership ensures reliability, accountability, and top-tier service on every route.
Kelli Key — Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Kelli Key plays a vital role in overseeing fleet readiness, compliance, driver relations, and workflow optimization. She brings extensive experience in transportation administration and helps ensure every part of the operation runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Robert Talley — Fleet Supervisor
Robert Talley leads fleet operations with a strong focus on safety, maintenance quality, and equipment readiness.
