Warrior Transportation & Logistics is seeking reliable, safety-driven CDL professional drivers
to support our growing regional and OTR operations. We are looking for individuals who take pride
in delivering exceptional service, uphold the highest safety standards, and maintain professionalism
in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Operation & Compliance

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in full compliance with FMCSA regulations, state laws, and all company safety standards.
Perform and document pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
Maintain accurate and compliant ELD logs, hours-of-service records, and related documentation.

Transportation & Load Management

Execute assigned pickups and deliveries on time across regional and OTR routes.
Ensure proper freight securement, load handling, and adherence to cargo safety procedures.
Verify load integrity throughout the trip and communicate any discrepancies or concerns.

Communication & Coordination

Provide real-time updates to dispatch, including ETAs, delays, safety concerns, or service issues.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, operations, and customers while representing Warrior Transportation & Logistics with professionalism at all shippers and receivers.

Company Standards & Stewardship

Follow all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to safety, reporting, equipment usage, and customer service.
Protect and maintain company equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and consistency while interacting with customers, dispatch teams, and management.

Flexibility & Coverage Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational demands.
Willingness to run OTR and Regional routes depending on fleet needs, seasonal demand, or customer requirements.
